Loan Workout & Litigation. Hunt Leibert has developed significant experience in the area of problem loan workouts, primarily representing commercial banks, and other institutional lenders. In connection with its experience in this area, the firm has litigated bad faith claims and participated in various out-of-court workouts. Hunt Leibert's litigation, real estate and commercial practice lawyers have worked together to resolve troubled real estate credits of virtually every description, including shopping centers, hotels, multifamily housing projects and other commercial, industrial, residential properties. Hunt Leibert's commercial litigation practice encompasses all aspects of commercial & industrial relationships, including commercial loan defaults, disputes involving the Uniform Commercial Code and contract disputes.
